Enrolling in Bridges Academy is easy! The first step is to sign-up for a Parent Portal account. Next, simply fill out the online "Adolescent Application", complete all steps and submit. This electronic application will provide us with an opportunity to learn more about your son's current emotional, academic and behavioral needs and help us determine his appropriateness for the program.

Once we've received your Application, our Admissions Committee will review it and make their decision. Please allow up to 24 hours before a formal Admissions decision is made.
